Even though Solintal did not have a stand at the recent Bauma fair, its products could be seen at the stands of the large earthmoving brands that it works with. Large buckets and a dumper truck bed were just some of the Spanish-made mining equipment on display at the world’s largest machinery fair.

Some of these parts, which are known for their high level of quality and perfect finishes, were on display at the stand belonging to German manufacturer Liebherr, in the outside area of Bauma.

The piece of equipment that received the most attention was the large front-loading bucket, which has a 12.5 m3 capacity and weighs 17,490 kg, mounted onto a Liebherr 9200 digger, a vehicle that weighs 210 tons and has 810 kW of lifting power, specially designed for large-scale mining and earthmoving projects. Every year, Solintal produces over 100 buckets for the leading vehicles made by the largest international manufacturers of heavy machinery for mining. Over a dozen of this specific model are delivered every year.

The second item made for Liebherr which was on display at Bauma was the bed for the Liebherr T236 dumper truck, the German manufacturer’s latest transportation vehicle with a rated loading capacity of 100 tons. A prototype of this vehicle was presented some years ago at Minexpo 2016 and since then it has been undergoing testing at the Erzberg iron mine in Austria. This dumper truck has a gross working weight of 180 t and gross power of 895 kW. The bed had been designed specifically by Solintal for the density of the transported material.

In addition to these examples, other smaller pieces of equipment were on display at the stands of other earthmoving and mining manufacturers, confirming the excellent level of quality maintained by Solintal, a company whose digger buckets, irrigation bowsers and chassis for all kinds of machinery and equipment for different sectors, including recycling, are working on very demanding tasks all over the world, delivering excellent results.
